Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Georgia Mountain Ophthalmology is committed to patient and employee safety.

Patients who have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days should call to reschedule their appointment.

 

Patients who have experienced a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days should call and reschedule their appointment.

 

Patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days should call and reschedule their appointment.

 

Access to our office is limited to the scheduled patient only. If the patient has a physical or mental disability that requires a caregiver, contact us in advance so that we may assess your request to accompany the patient into our office.

 

If you do not have a scheduled appointment, we ask that you do not come to our office. We will do our best to assist you over the phone.

 

Everyone entering our office will be required to undergo health screening questions and a temperature check before being allowed in our office.

 

Everyone is required to have on a mask when entering our office. We suggest a mask with adjustable nose wire to minimize eyeglass fogging.

 

As always, we encourage you to practice safe hygiene. Wash your hands well and often, and practice social distancing when possible.
